Mais...non?! Oui! it's official, he hates everything artificial; Philippe Starck threatening to call it quits for months, is declaring that he will no longer work in plastic, concentrating on aluminum instead. Very Modern!

On an L.A. band kick tonight. Superstars Red Kross, possibly spurred on by their rabid fandom of one Linda Blair and this made for TV movie (which is a whole other topic altogether as it's Linda B. before her sparkling appearance with roller-skating champion Jim Bray in Roller Boogie) the band created what was probably one of the best so-cal garage albums ever 'Teen Babes From Monsanto'. The title alone! and such songs! It is a hard to come by, should not be missed, can't find anywhere-so scour scour scour! Thankfully their low budget cult film 'Desperate Teenage Lovedolls'; can still be had with some looking. You too will find yourself a 'lovedoll' like Bunny Kitty and Patch. I will now place this item here and why yes, that is Su Tissue as Peggy Dillman from the seminal punk band Suburban Lawns in the Jonathan Demme, Melanie Griffith, Jeff Daniels film "Something Wild".
I do feel like I am 'debbing', this premier week of my site. Thank you to Jonno, you savvy bastard and his ever amazing site! Also that Littleminx, whose insightful 'diary' I have been eavesdropping on for some time. Yes yes EVERYDAY!
Due to much complaining I am removing Josh Wink vs. Lil Louis' "French Kiss" from my playlist, damn House Purists. You in my hut now!

Early Evening Cocktail Lounge Song Of The Hour; Sarah Vaughan's Key Largo. Stir and chew ferociously on swizzle stick. I do love surprises, I mean who doesn't, but this is going too far! Imagine the following popping into my mail box from Shaftesbury Avenue London-UK WC2H 8AD Eastenders update - Frank has just announced to his ex-wife, Pat, that he still loves her ( I am aghast at this-even though they have both remarried) and Ethel has died, leaving Dot feeling responsible for her death. I hope I haven't just spoilt the whole of the US future story line for you! Kind regards, The Spoiler. Oh funny ha ha! You know who you are so return whence you came! Damn you for mailing me this update! I'm not really a fan of anything except the BBC's Eastenders, of which I am a devoted follower. Unfortunately we are a whole 20 months behind in episodes. I try to steer clear of the updates so that I might enjoy the show as it unfolds, People! You Torture Me Argh! Here in the states Bianca and Ricky are still together, Tiff and Grant are going strong and Pat and Peg are still shouldering the times in Walford, Eastend, London, U.K. Don't even get me started on Dot, I miss her so, and look forward to her return. In the future please do not tease at me with little tid bits of goings on! Special note: Grant Mitchell is a stud!
The Japanese foreign exchange students, a bevy of wildly fashionable girls, are taking the University Campus by storm. Instead of the diregueur campus going garments (you know: The Gag, Tommy This Tommy That, Abercrombie etc.) We are being treated to a virtual fashion breakdown of mixing and matching from the various collections of Jean Paul This, Jean Claude That with a little of Bennini for This thrown in. The Kooky Kabuki mix up is highlighted by rock-and-roll T-shirts: Kiss and AC/DC paired with giant platform wooden clogs! I think they are tripping on sunshine au go go. Why do I keep writing about fashion? This seems to be a trend with me as of late. Hmmmm....

OH! This sounds soooo HOT : According to Paper Magazine must plan pilgrimage soon: SPECTRUM 802 64th St., (Bay Ridge) Brooklyn, NY, 11220; (718) 238-8213 This gay entertainment complex, home of the lighted dance floor featured in Saturday Night Fever, plays host to gaggles of hot gay Guidos and bevies of Brooklyn's butchest babes. It's so far out, it's in!
Must Remember to overuse the word betwixt as in neither altogether one or altogether the other.
