So long dot e.d.u. goodbye boys with good tan arms and well groomed hair, striped shirts and warm hallways smelling of ink and paper. Blue recycle bins lining lining lining passing passing passing turning on word, the smell of chalk dust in the air. Slumpy cross shoulder book bags and girls named Sasha from Rego Park. You put coffee on, how nice, you leave when? I don't know why I smell of lily of the valley, be sure to close the blinds, turn in your keys, before you leave, I have to go pay my library fine, that out of print book, I've been meaning to return and I, oh well, yes sure, see you soon, (pause here) take a breath, inhale, one last look...til August...exhale exhaust!
